Staff could do a better job cleaning up tables and chairs. Stopped in to grab a quick bite and had to reply to a few emails. After picking up my food, which was quick, I could not find a clean table, I had to clean off a table for myself which I didn't mind doing. 

Didn't alert Managers or staff if untidy dinning room. Understand, I was the only Customer in the restaurant at this time. The drive thru was quite busy but inside was not. 

After about 45mins it hit me that no one had come out to clean up the tables. Although my meal was great, the eating experience made me feel like I ate at the dump - trash everywhere. Note, this is my one experience the night I had dinner there, could be a pleasant one for you as I can't speak to trend based on one experience.

Went to order a sandwich with just ketchup, was told I can't do that because it doesn't come that way? Guess being allergic to what comes on it is not their concern. So I then ask for it plain they say ok. Get to window get my order and sandwich has everything on it. Waited 20 minutes then had to circle around go inside and then was told I didn't order it plain... unreal. Worst place ever. Will never go back, awful customer service. Lazy employees, when I go I never had a problem but today it was an issue, I should of taken a bite had an allergic reaction and sued their ass.

Food is usually fresh. if you are in a rush I would not suggest stopping here for quick service.  During busy times the drive thru line is usually wrapped around the building, and going in tends to take as long as waiting in the drive thru

The food is good. BUT it takes too long to go through drive thru and go inside. Ive never seen a takeout place so slow.

So very very slow. Prices could be better if they are gonna always be that slow. Foods not bad. Just nobody works in there
