A close friend and I entered the restaurant and were greeted by a male with attitude. Our order was taken, and whilst our food was being made we saw a cockroach crawl around the cup area and into the chili. I was very disgusted at the sight of such a creature. And would not dare to come back again. Unfortunately we had already given him our money so we ate our food and I tried not to be disgusted by the fact that there may be a cockroach in our chicken burgers. Do not come here because with your order of fries, bacon cheeseburger, and a drink there may also be a couple of bugs. I myself have noted that I will not be coming back here until they have improved the restaurant and I have been aware of further notice. It's quite sad to see a restaurant that I used to love so very much really take a turn over the years, quite sad indeed.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which, on top of being cold and rubbery wasn't particularly spicy. There wasn't a mustard dispenser and when an employee brought me a "mustard" packet from under the counter it proved to be a tasteless yellow paste I probably could've caulked a window with. They get a star for quick service, but that seems to be a result of having prepared the food long ago.

The restaurant manager (Jose) was in no mood to honor the Wendy's coupon and on top of it was imposing his own rules. 

He did not care to hear me out or even read the coupon on top of the arrogant and rude behavior. 

This person / restaurant need to change their attitude towards customer. I / My family personally like Wendy's a lot but Im not going to this messed up place again. The lack basic common sense and have bad attitude towards customers. 

Im better of with other locations or with McD

Next time your waiting at the counter for your food take a good look at how unkept this place is. The fries area looks like it’s never been cleaned once. It’s just old and tired and needs a deep cleaning. Food was mediocre and does not live up to the Wendy’s name.

It's late just arrived in town. From my hotel room I spot Wendy's and decide to eat, I ask for a chili and ice tea with some nuggets. I had to reverse back into drive up window because I wanted a dipping sauce. I get to hotel room and I discovered I have no spoon to eat my chili. I also am on a expense report and I need my receipt. They did not give me a receipt. It's 12:00 midnight and only about 7 bucks but man it would of been nice to give a positive review.
