We go to this Wendy's probably once a month. It's conveniently located for us and they recently updated the restaurant top to bottom. The quality of the product in the fast food world is superior. The new building is beautiful. I really want to give this Wendy's 5 stars - I just can't.
The food of course is the thing, and it's always good here. The burgers are fresh and it makes a difference in the flavor and texture. The fries are excellent since the new version came out. It's wonderful to get a baked potato for a change and the salads are NOT scary! The salads are fresh and delicious!
The reason for only 4 stars...for purposes of review it's important to know, we've been coming here for years. Our running joke is, "well, we got 80% of the order". More often than not there is an item left out, or less often the wrong item. Not wanting to spend time on fixing my fast food problems over the years I've called only 2 or 3 times. I don't run back to pick up the missing item, it's not fast food by the second trip. Wendy's calmly takes my complaints in stride and as one who doesn't like to upset people I can say honestly I've never even come close.
So, we love Wendy's, we love the food and continue to go there. If you're behind us at the window and wondering why we don't pull away sooner, we're just going through our bags before we get home. Every bag, every time.

The food is great. But store has only one cashier for the lunch time and the waiting time to place order is to much. And the manager don't do nothing to try to solve this issue.

Based on my first visit (drive thru) since being torn down and rebuilt, not much has changed. New parking lot and drive thru is probably less convenient than old, original. Building looks fresh and new (it is,) but doesn't make me "feel" Wendy's. I realize they're trying to modernize their brand and hype, but I don't buy fast food burgers for the ambiance. Food wise, it's all the same. I usually end up here later in the evening to grab dinner for the family. Before the new building, I almost always had to pull up and wait for fresh meat or fries. This trip, similar situation except earlier in the evening, and same result. Pull up and wait. Food was obviously hot and fresh (that's a given if you have to wait for them to cook it,) but they neglected to provide napkins in their haste to make us wait. So, usually good fast food, lackluster service.

Got my order wrong, but made good on it by means of free food. Mistakes happen and they handled it correctly.

If zero stars was available, it's still want to rate lower. Rude service. Guy in the back kept touching his beard and didn't wash his hands. Oh and the girl on fries, no gloves. I'd shut them down if I could.
