If a person has to come back to the counter 4 times to get a fry without any salt. Your employees need trained better. And if the employee's get an attitude with your paying customers and then proceed to say smart remarks to their managers about the customers persistantness of wanting a fry no salt. In front of said customer mind you... The manager should probably apologize for the inconvenience. 
When a customer asks for a no salt fry don't dump the fries in the warmer contaminating them with salt before making the fries. And use a scoop that hasn't been contaminated with salt. Some of us really can't/don't eat salt on our fries. I changed my review from a 1 to a 3 because upon visiting again the same employee handled the situation better. I only had to go back to the counter to get my fries without salt once instead of four times.

Very nice new look Wendy's. I did the 4 for $4. It was good but the fries weren't done enough and the drink fountain was empty. But overall a nice experience.

A 1x2 inch piece of lettuce on a burger is one of the reasons I didn't give this restaurant 5 stars. Someone making the burgers is skimping on the lettuce. Since this also happened at the other Lake Wales location, it makes me wonder if the cook works at both locations, or if the employees were told to add little to no lettuce on a burger. The other reason why I gave this location less than three stars is because I heard one of the employees complaining about manners. I say please, may I, and thank you. I think my please and thank yous irritated her. I won't be returning to either Lake Wales location.

☆☆☆☆Quick. Cheap. Drive thru. Wheelchair accessible. Everything necessary for a meal. Friendly staff. Always polite. Child friendly. Group friendly. Also, there are self serve eat-indoor tables, take out, available.
  However, do not add onto your order, while in the drive thru (partly my fault)... they forgot the fries, and we had to go inside and wait for them...... restroom is a bit messy. ☆☆☆☆But, I will definitely recommend this place. It's easy.

Food is good but they are constantly running out of baked potatoes quick is what I order.
