My husband and I have had Papa John's deliver to our house for a while. Well until a driver who was a young girl took a wrong turn and got stuck on a dirt road. My husband and I went out of our way and pulled her out with his truck. Doing a good deed right?! Well we called back about a month or 2 later to get pizza delivered and they no longer deliver to us anymore because of that incident. Really??? How crazy is that! The manager is a young guy and very immature and not professional either

I just picked up 2 large pizzas. I noticed how extremely small they were... got home & measured diameters of both (stay with me here), they're 13" not 14" as advertised. Let's do the math...extra profit at your expense...let's say that charging for 14" & giving 13" saves them $0.25 (yep, just one quarter) for each pizza. Stats for 2015 shows 350 million pizzas sold that year. 350 million X 0.25 = an extra profit of $87 MILLION at your expense annually! We can assume this is being done in every store since they all use the same metal pans. And if you think this guy is charitable & doing amazing things with this money, think again! I will never add to this guy's fat wallet again! Join me & boycott Papa John's! Spread the word just like they did with Subway giving 11" instead of 12"!

First time ordering at this location. Used the website. My order came in the allotted time window. Driver was friendly. The pizza was good. The brownies were fantastic! And they were cut fully and easy to get to.

Once again... they have stopped delivering to Frostproof... very frustrating!  I have free pizza owed to me... guess i will never get to use that... I'm calling BS!

Awesome! we got beef when we wanted bacon, they were super awesome and quickly made a new one as well as added a nice note for my sweetie's birthday! Very happy with the service.
