Nuggets were just grease. Didn’t get all my food which was fine since it would have been just another grease soaked nugget. Didn’t get a receipt so couldn’t even call not that it would matter. Was t sure if it was an employee or manager complaining about the woman in car in front of me who asked for a receipt and they didn’t give her one since it was only 2, $1 items that were ordered. I mean, that is NOT customer service. Maybe the woman needed receipt for business purposes. Maybe the woman has to account for every penny spent. You don’t know the issue so just give the receipt. I shouldn’t have to listen to you complaining about another guest. Makes me wonder what they complained about me.

Order was wrong. Nuggets were greasy and cold in the middle. Chili was not available or even offered. Bathroom floors were soaked and I almost slipped! Two young kids came from the kitchen to the restroom and walked back through the kitchen to the office. Tables dirty and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Employees were on their personal cell phones also. Very dissatisfied with this Wendy's location.

Although the menu choices are a bit pricey, overall it's fast, convenient, and has great customer service.

Went to the location on Airline drive in Metairie, LA on 4/3 at 11:14pm. No one was there to take our order at the drive thru when this location is supposed to be open at 1am. No signs were posted for if the location wasn’t going to be open or if they were closing early.

Very Poor food had No flavor n was Cold VERY IPSET DON'T GO THERE!!! BERY POOR SERVICE!!!!
