Staying nearby. This location almost never has customers. Honestly wondered how they were staying in business. After going there twice. Once for an almost $4 lemonade and once for a meal. Now I know why they don’t have much business. They are rude, condescending and seem to be put out by a simple question. The board said $9ish dollars for the meal. But it was over $13 charged. I asked why and was the girl got teary and said something I didn’t understand and a manager type person came up and explained. She was nicer and friendlier but the girl who took orders and initial contact was rude AF and continued to be. I was told that the prices on the board were for single and she didn’t even ask me if we wanted to single or a double or triple she just charged me for a double. I wish I had left without buying the food. I gave two stars only because the order was correct and my daughter enjoyed the food. Because as far as service it was 0 stars both times
Served room temp fries and a dried up chicken sandwich They weren't busy so I guess they didn't want to waste food from earlier in the day. I would recommend going during peak time when food doesn't have time to sit. Person that took my money was nice tho
What a bunch of entitled brats. I place our order ask for extra gravy. Get charged $4 more and they only gave us a dipping sauce’s worth of gravy. Mind you out order should have 4 scoops worth or so. I had to wait until the line build for them to attend me. And made me wait for the “extra” gravy but never came to the front door. Don’t deserve have what they’re being paid
Went thru the drive thru. I ordered Dave's single large combo Without cheese and an extra burger also Without cheese and fries no salt. What I received were two Dave's burgers with cheese Burnt buns and super salty fries half full. Almost $17.00 almost ruined our Saturday. No wonder we were the only ones in the drive thru. And DQ next door had at least 17 cars in line. That's what we paid for not making the long line next door and getting a real meal. This Wendy's has to up their game for real! PATHETIC!
This was the fastest, freshest food I ever got in my whole 22 years of my life! I got the food so fast I was scared it wasn’t going to be right but it’s so fresh and literally perfect ‼ BEST SERVICE IN MY LIFE! WAY TO GO! A+ for y’all!
Some serious customer service training is needed at this location. Stopped and was served by Camron. She was rude to my husband, did not understand what coupon we were trying to use but instead of asking to show the coupon to her, she just decided to be rude. Once at the window she literally told my husband "I do not understand why you think I am rude, I do not know this coupon because we rarely get them". My husband tried to say 'it's ok' but she went on and on by saying she was not trying to be rude while being rude and argumentative and definitely not sincere in the way she was speaking. She was aggravated and slammed the window at us too. Unbelievable, the manager should definitely take note of this. Came back because the manager decided to give us some free coupons, and it was even worse. The sandwiches were literally dry and burned at the bottom both of them!. We ended up tossing them away. Window guy was also rude, gave bag with food to me and dropped the card on the floor. This place is awful and you will waste your money!!!!!!!!!!
Noon, Thursday December 15th. Laughing in the background. "Go ahead with your order." "I'd like a spicy chicken sandwich plain please." Long pause. Lady comes back on the speaker giggling. "5.90 pull forward." I pull forward to the window. The window opens and I hand the lady my credit card. She is preoccupied with her male coworker. She hands me a bag with a sandwich in it and shortly thereafter gives me back my credit card. I pull around and park at the nearest parking space. I pull the sandwich out of the bag and unwrap it. I remove the mayonnaise smeared lettuce and tomato from my plain spicy chicken sandwich.
It's a great restaurant,although the ladies restroom could use some repair. The single stall won't flush unless you jiggle the handle,and the door lock is slightly missing.Food: 5/5
Never had a problem here they always get my food to me quickly and correctly and everyone I've spoke with is well mannered.Food: 5/5
Maybe it’s a new management, but Zack gives 5 star service at 11:30pm ! Food hot and fresh and great smile! Best service! Kid-friendliness: Cooked the food fresh during closing and smiled the entire time! He needs a raise!
