I just love Chick-Fil-A. We decided to have lunch here and made another stop. Again, most Chick-Fil-A’S drive thru is always packed. Your best bet is to order inside, or use the Chick-fil-A app. Your order will be waiting when you pick it up. My server was friendly. I placed my order and paid. Again I was given my drinks and my table marker to place on the table I sat at. Before I even got to a table a nice server already had my food ready and in her hands as I was walking towards a table. She asked me where I’d like to sit. I told her and she wiped down my table and handed me my food. Great service and very efficient. Besides their delicious food, this is one of the reasons I love Chick-Fil-A. The staff is very well trained and friendly, not like Mc Donald’s. The food is consistently good, and I love all the options they offer. Again, I ordered The Chick-Fil-A Deluxe Meal. I had a choice of three cheeses American, Colby Jack, or Pepper Jack Cheese. I chose Colby Jack. It came with Lettuce, and Tomato, Waffle Fries, and a drink. I got Sweet Tea because I’m in the South. I also ordered their 4pc Chicken Strips which are so delicious especially when you use their dipping sauces. There was plenty of free parking. The decor was lovely and decorated a little different in each area. I would definitely recommend coming here

This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at close to work. The employees are definitely quick and very polite. The service is definitely faster than any of the other fast food restaurants in this area. It makes it a lot quicker if you order from the mobile app. Will definitely continue to eat at this restaurantFood: 5/5

Oh my goodness, i never imagined that a chicken sandwich could taste so good !  I’m literally blown away at how perfectly excicuted my sandwich was. From the warm softness of the bread, to the saltiness of the pickle juice and most importantly the tender and delicious juices of the chicken!!! Not to mention that I had an coupon for a free  sandwich that was invalid , and the manager gave a sandwich. I norm not ever blown away by fast food, but today I am speechless at the perfection!‍

I got here at their busy time. There was an initial confusion with the order we had placed on the app. However the manager ans staff resolved it, even suggested an alternative milk shake that proved to be delicious and resolved the issue. Great service great peach milk shakes when they are in season.

I had a mobile order I was retrieving in the drive through line. The young man at the window shoved my large soda in my drivers' side window and it spilled all over me and my 5 day old vehicle's front dash & steering wheel. He gave me three napkins and said, "sorry about that."  Nothing else but then shoved my food bag at me and I was expected to just pull out with Dr Pepper all over me and my new vehicle.  Very sad about that level of customer service at a place that prides itself on reputation; I even provided official feedback to the store management and no one responded.

Staff was so friendly. I just want to say Thank You to Teresa, she was so kind since we open the door and walk in today. I hope we have more people like her every where we go. Thanks for your service and for be so sweet with my little boy.

Waited a very long time after said order was complete. Had to inquire about it then give. Wrong order. Came back an hour later after appointment to return and no apology just I’ll give you money back. Service really lacking here. Used to be so on point and now it’s like they don’t care.  Added after reply:  you had plenty of staff there as 2 of them stopped to order breakfast while I was waiting for my order. I’m sure their order was correct.

I always have problems with this location. First I ordered door dash and after 40 minutes waiting I called the store and the girl that answered the phone LIED and said my order was picked up. I called the support line and they said no the food was still there. I had them cancel it. Ridiculous! I went ahead and reordered for pick up since my kid wanted it and this location isn’t far from my place. Smh! Always issues at this one. Do better!

Love the chicken nuggets. They take orders at the drive thru faster then they can get the food out. Then they bring it to your car and you have to wait for the cars ahead of you to get their food. I find that annoying.

I was so excited when this location opened. I pass others several times a day, but was excited to have one close to home. Tonight I stopped by to grab food on the way home and found the drive thru blocked. The advertised hours of operation are until 10pm on both their website, and phone recording. I called and was advised that they’ve changed their closing time to 9:30pm but have failed to update their website, and phone recording. It’s very disappointing that I passed several locations who are open until 10pm to shop this location only to go home empty handed. Lesson learned… I’ll shop another location from now on where their policies and procedures have remained consistent.
