It says it’s open till 11pm. They closed the store already it’s 9pm rn. They are just goofing around. I knocked the window several time to get their attention. They totally ignored me and blew me away lol. Nice customer service

Morning crew is not the best. Stopped by for breakfast the manager and 2 of her workers were standing around talking. Did not say good morning open the window and said hold on a second. Then my order was wrong. The only thing they got correct was the drinks. Called several times to speak with someone and of course they never answered the phone. Management need to do better.

We stop at the wendy's on Barker cypress, we decided to go in and sit down to eat but there was a really stinking smell coming from there bathroom area, it was really bad that we couldn't stay and eat there. So the atmosphere was terrible. Food was tasty and satisfying after we eat it home.. I will definitely not going back to that location.

Breakfast sandwich was quickly served and the flavor was satisfactory for fast-food quality. Overpriced in my opinion.  Friendly staff and quick at service.

Went here 3 times. once in drive through and the lady dumped a cupholder with 4 drinks into my window and into my lap. 2 times through a delivery service. one time half the food was missing with no recourse for help and tonight they canceled an entire $50 order over not having ice tea. no call. no substitute. no diner. didn't get a notification until 9:45. i bet they just didn't want to work until the 10pm time. see the same thing in many reviews.

The guys there were awesome. My order was odd. Honestly. They asked if it was right. Got it. A hair wrong. They smiled and fixed it immediately. Much love. Thanks guys

They refused to simply add a lemonade to my order and then tried to call the cops on me when I asked for their names and manger number. Everyone working there is of a Latin decent and though the threat of police enforcement would scare me. Pretty lame.

RUDEST minority manager, Karla. We were rushed to order, no greeting, no receipt, no ketchup but total attitude. Ma'am if you do not like your job, please bless customers and find another one. I'm sure the Wendy's Corporations and customers will greatly appreciate your exit.

There service and food I’m not worth a star….they have terrible service, order double with no lettuce and I was given an OLD burger with bacon and I knew it was old because the burger was ready before I drove around, bought a double on 9/23/22 and found hair in the burger. The freaking hair that was in my burger.

It was fast, the food was hot, the staff was polite and quick. They actually attempted to scan my "my Wendy's" qr code, instead of just blowing me off and telling me that the system is down, like most Wendy's
