I was very disappointed in the way they applied the sauce. This looks nothing like the advertisement. If this is how the outcome will be for the new promotion. Cancel it because there will be a lot of backlash from this.Food: 2/5
The woman I believe a manager taking/fulfilling orders at the front counter on the night of 6/11/24 made my week. I came in trying to pick up a mobile order not realizing that I accidentally placed to another location, but I was with a friend who also was getting food there and the next bus to get there wasn’t for 20 minutes. Without asking the woman tried to personally call the manager of the store for me, and when they didn’t answer she even called the store phone herself asking them to not make the food so that she could fulfill it on her end. I was having a really stressful day and this act of kindness made it so much better. I appreciate you!
Staff nowhere to be seen and then they look at me, eventually when they finally appear probably smoking pot, asking me if I placed an order at the kiosk. Completely out of control and no excuse for this. Get out of the business if you can't manage it. There's at least four of them and I have no idea where they were for the first couple of minutes I was in the restaurant. I was all alone it was like I was on some Twilight Zone episode. The only thing they did quickly after that was collect my money and then make me wait.
The app was acting funny so I went in. A white female employee was making an order looked over to me and said, I’ll be right with you. Once she was done she said , how can I help you today, scanned my QR code, took my order and gave me my drink to fill up. By the time I was done filling up my drink I walked back and she had my hot order ready to go. I tipped her 20$ and she looked at me and asked why. I told her her the day and age of apps it was nice to have good customer service. Thank you for providing me with a positive experience. Keep up the good work. 3 baconators, a biggie bag with fries, nuggets and a double stack all Wendy’s quality. If the ladies not a manager, make her a manager, if she is a manager, give her a raise. God bless. Stores food area was also well kept and clean.
Moldy food!!! Orders inside the restaurant can only be placed at the kiosks, which don't tell you whether or not something is out of stock. Last time, had to switch order because after paying the kitchen notified us of what was out. This time, my sandwich bun was straight up GREEN AND MOLDY and my frosty was halfway melted when it was handed to me. Staff is totally checked out and quality is low.
Being a local, I've been going to this Wendy's since I was in high school and can unambiguously confirm it has declined in quality since they "modernized" it. Progressively worse service the past few times I've been over the last couple of years and today I had to wait half an hour for a simple meal order. They seem more concerned with getting the Uber and GrubHub orders ready than tending to the customers who are physically there waiting for their food.
It's one of my favorite fast food burgers. The baconator with a pretzel bun is my favorite pick. Service can be slow and they have wifi issuesFood: 3/5
The worst and most embarrassing experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. They couldn’t handle my drive through order because I was on a motorcycle. Fair enough. They couldn’t handle my in-person order because they have “kiosks”. The “kiosk” couldn’t handle my order because it came out wrong and overcharged me. What a horrible arena of embarrassment this place is.
The food was inedible. The bag was greasy to the point where I couldn’t set it down in my car. The fries were undercooked and unseasoned. The coke was flat. It was possibly the worst fast food experience in my lifeFood: 1/5
Whoever answered the phone on the 4th of July 2024 should be unemployed— because at 12:30am I ordered a single cheeseburger. My Dasher arrived with an order for JT. Now you got me and JT upset. I am leaving JT’s food and drink outside of my apartment building, so that whatever animal or person can claim it. I am placing another order on the app, and if I don’t get a single cheeseburger NOW I’m gonna be upset. If somebody orders something from your establishment have enough common sense to send out the correct order. Goodnight and happy Independence Day Update— Photo #2 is the correct order. I went back onto DoorDash and placed a second order. Whoever answered the phone didn’t know how to give me a store credit, so I paid for my order twice. Thank you to whoever put my orders together
