This location has such great space and could be a great restaurant with the correct leadership. I felt sorry for the sweet young lady that served us. She was in training and her leader was so nasty to her serval times. She still smiled and was so polite despite being embarrassed and mistreated. She needs to go work for Chick-fil-A. The tea was so old and sour it made me sick. The place is so dirty. The empty places look filthy. You would think despite them being abandoned, Wendy’s would want the area nice and clean. HIRE NEW LEADERSHIP that CARES!!!
Did not have anything I ordered, no pretzel burger , no cheese for the fries, only had honey mustard or ghost pepper sauces, cold fries . Settled for the biggie bag ! This is my sandwich . SMH I understand inflation but $9 for a meal & this is what I got! Do better Wendy’s! You fell off !! Smh .Food: 3/5
There is nothing fast about this place. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. It's a convenient location to my job but it's always the worst service, the food is trash, and it takes forever. I'm not coming back and I hope they go out of business. It's clearly mismanaged. They take an order and fulfill that order before taking the next. The line gets crazy backed up and the employees are just laughing and hanging out. Either fir everyone and start from scratch, or shut down. This is not how a business is run. Just got back to work and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich. I paid for a classic chicken sandwich combo and I got a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich which is like a third of the price. Unbelievable. So not only did it take my entire lunch break to get my order, but it was incorrect.
Not what I ordered, Wouldn’t Matter Anyway For starters, this place really smelled bad. I ordered a bacon and egg cheese biscuit sandwich, a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich, and an iced caramel cold brew. The cold brew tasted like pure sugar, so I threw it out. My first sandwich, was not on a biscuit, it was on a hamburger bun, and had both bacon and sausage, and cheese on it, but no egg. The sausage tasted like a spicy, salty, cheap hamburger. This sandwich was awful! My second sandwich, the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was correct. unfortunately, after the first sandwich, I took one but of this one, and it made me really nauseous. I threw this out also. I was still starving, so went somewhere else to find something edible. I will not be returning to Wendy’s in the future for breakfast.
Normally the guy working the drive-thru around noon is very nice and gets through the cars quickly but on 10/03 whoever the woman at the window was had an attitude for no reason. I get people have bad days but leave your attitude at the door.Food: 4/5
Visited this location while on a short trip to Charlotte. First, the restaurant sits in what looks to be an abandoned food court. Kudos to the owner for trying to remain open, but at least keep the place up and hide all the nastiness and inner workings of the back room hidden. When we placed our order, we were clear but didn’t know we had to familiar with the rules to order. If I state what I want on my burger, why do I have to state also what I don’t want on my burger. And when it’s given to me incorrectly, I don’t expect to be chastised. It was at that point that the cook threw the original burger. When we said again how we wanted the burger, we were again told how we ordered the burger incorrectly. The second burger was prepped and again thrown. We asked for a refund, and because it was Sunday we were told to come back Monday when the manager was there. Because we’re traveling, that’s somewhat inconvenient. As we were leaving and determined to make time to see the manager because of the confrontational attitude of the staff, I heard one say “how are you coming back if you don’t live here?” Totally unnecessary, but another example of their determination to not provide even decent customer service. When I said I’d heard her, she threatened to call the police. This location should be condemned and the staff should be trained in human decency.
12:30pm on a Friday. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line to get to the speaker to place on order, was told "just a sec", then waited another 10 minutes before I finally drove away, because they never came back. Like what's the point of even running a fast food place if this is how it operates?
This has to be the slowest Wendy’s on earth. It doesn’t matter when you go, you will sit in the drive-thru for 30 minutes at minimum. They’ve got a bunch of lazy managers and employees in there. If you look there’s 5+ people in there at any given time and essentially just hanging out. But yet these people want $20+ an hour. Make sure you have a lot of extra time if you plan on going to the slowest fast food restaurant in the state of NC!
I can’t help but notice that one guy seems to be pulling the work load for everyone that is there slacking off. His name is Shawn, the rest of them was lost with out him. This Wendy’s need good help, not just someone that is going to hand out French fries without gloves and other people that stand around. Definitely need help or a new restaurant to come in it’s place.
Absolutely ridiculous. Not only did we have to go back through the drive thru again to get the burgers they didn't give us.... but they STILL managed to undercut us by a burger. This is probably the WORST Wendy's I've ever had with customer experience. Do not eat here unless you order 1 simple combo, because there is ZERO assurance you will get all the food you ordered. Will never come back to this location, better off taking your chances with McDonalds on Fairview Rd. Update: I lied, I went back ONLY because this is the only Wendy's on my way to work in the morning. I did order breakfast. And I did receive everything I ordered which was strangely a first. I guess the morning shift is better than the evening shift? Idk. So, I added a star. If Biscuitville put a location somewhere in South Park, no one would go here for breakfast, nor would they go to McDonald's either. 2024 Update: Wendy's changed their menu, checkout their new Asiago Chicken Sandwich y'all..... Looks good right? That's after they asked for the bags back to check the items were right.... And yepp.... I guess they're right, right? I can't even with this Wendy's anymore.
