Anytime I’m at Southpark Mall, I have to stop at Arthur’s….either for an iced latte, glass of wine while shopping, lunch, or to pick up a nice bottle of wine.  Their customer service is great and I always feel welcome.

Arthur's is a little diner located in the basement of Belk, offering great value and decent food. I highly recommend the Triple Decker Club. Enjoy your meal! Five Stars!

Food was good, service was fine, although i got into it with the manager over medical assistance, very rude will not be returning.

A Charlotte staple, John Balsley and his brothers are still serving good deli / grill style food and a wide selection of wine tucked unassumingly in the back of the Belk lower level the same location since 1991. The nondescript storefront hidden inside of Belk behind air fryers and flatware is a great place to stop while shopping in South Park Mall and have a bite or a few sips. Or both.

Arthur’s is a Charlotte institution. The food is amazing, you can enjoy a glass of wine, and the whole staff is friendly and helpful. The dining area is clean & welcoming. Be sure to try their Chicken Salad Grinder!

Steak sandwich was good but a little greasy....

Used to go here years ago. Haven't been since the "renovation". This place has gone downhill. Vegetable soup aka water with crunchy veggies and tons of basil... let's just say one taste, and in the trash. The guy who took my order was more than condescending, which should have given me the sense enought to just walk away. Less than a half cup of chicken salad on a sandwich. Sad. I came home and made myself a real meal afterwards.. never again.. teach your employees respect, and for what you charge, you're lacking big time. Next time I'll go to Rusty's and get some real value and delicious food, without the attitude

Has ALL the wine you could’ve even imagine. My favorite wine shop that offers delivery and shipping! Best wine tasting experience ever! The only place around that I can get my favorite champagne and wines in the city that no one else has. Robert is the G.O.A.T hands down best family businesses.

I have eaten at Authur’s since 1972 and recently at Belks for four years.  Their hot dogs are great but last Sunday my Granddaughter had one and the bun was a bagget that was hard as a rock. What happened here?
