Really good Wendy's. Food came out fast and order was correct. Would go back again.

Super clean. Salad was amazing and totally fresh. My wife had a perfect salad also. The fries were delicious and to our amazement,  after our order was brought to us, the gentleman at the counter came by 5 minutes later out of the blue and gave us two medium fries and two medium chicken nugget tenders for free and brought us some sauce! It was a very kind gesture that we never expected. Im sure he was offering us food that was almost out of holding time, however the funny thing is, the fries were still perfectly fresh and the chicken was still hot and fresh tasting. I would say this is one of the best fast food experiances i have had in my 39 years on the planet. Thank you Wendy's Cedar Park - North Bell and Discovery.

This Wendy's needs better service training. The soda machines are not serviced for patrons use. There are only three drinks available from the machine.  The counter personnel don't inform you that the soda machines are not serviced nor do they   offer to fill your cup. Wait time for your food is longer than I would normally expect.

Just after 12 noon on a Sunday. Doors all locked. Employees inside won't acknowledge us. Folks who pull up to drive thru are leaving. Phones disconnected. My family of 7 took our business elsewhere. The other family of 3 who pulled up after us left too!

I used to love coming here, I would come 3 or 4 times a week, but as of late the quality of service has been steadily declining. Tonight is a good example; I waited 15 minutes in the drive through with only 1 person in front of me for a lukewarm burger and a 2/3rds full fries that were also lukewarm. Also, the young woman at the drive through window only said 2 words the entire time I was at the window! 🙁
