I normally love Wendy's but this location was horrible. First I want to say that only 2 customers were here when we arrived and they we already sitting down. We wait a few minutes for for an employee to come to the front t desk. Then when we ordered the cashier wrote it down on a piece of paper then went to the drive thru area. I am guess the registers we broken. She processed it but I received no receipt. They proceeded to provide jr frosty cups for the kids meals when they should be a small cup. They didn't even have lids for them.Then when we got our food the kids meals and the fries were cold and looked old.

Very disappointed :(

Hopefully they can make some adjustments to improve the process and experience.

Went through drive up girl didn't give me any chance to talk she just rushed through was going to order chicken nuggets fries and a frosty told her 6 peace nuggets and fries she said 6 nuggets pull up as I was still talking 
Got to Window figured I would just add the rest there and I was told couldn't do it at 1st window drive up to 2nd window and tell them got to 2nd window handed me the nuggets and told me if I wanted to add I should of told her when she was talking the order told him I tried she cut me off he then said I could have added at 1st window and now I would have to drive around and wait again after I just waited 10 minutes already 
This is not the first time I have had her rush the order I tell them the first thing I want and then it's like that it come around and the don't have the patience to wait 5 seconds for me to finish giving my order 
NOT HAPPY DON'T KNOW IF I WILL GO BACK AGAIN

its Wendy's never frozen beef, chixken, fast food. Healthy options best be researched before you order because some aren't so healthy
