After a few attempts, I'm done with this location.  One freestyle machine was empty of multiple common flavors, at least 6 that I tried.  Moving to the second machine and it was flashing some maintenance error.  
The employee cleaning the dinning area said they have been this way for a couple hours and I "just had to ask the counter for a coke".  After they filled it with coke from behind the counter, my lid had some black substance around the edges.
Flies fill the dinning area, a hair attached to a chicken nugget, the issues just continue.  If you do brave this location, I wish you luck.  It's has been far from pleasant experiences.

Cashier needs to be replaced and learn proper English... "you live in the USA". You just take the order and literally give the wrong size cup after charging extra; food requires two pieces of bacon not one half Brocken into a half so your getting a total of two 1/4 pieces.

Never again. They have messed up far too many times and the treatment tonight just puts the cherry on top. When this Wendy's opened up it was fantastic. Clean, friendly, efficient. Now? Better triple check your orders! Family ordered tonight from them and we ended up missing about 6 items (3 orders of fries, nuggets, a couple sandwichs.). Brother in law drove back to get the missing items: nothing offered for him having to drive back to get the order corrected and we're STILL down a sandwich. Nothing crazy ordered and yes it was a LARGE order but this is inexcusable. From never having product in to missing orders, Wendy's has fallen off my list as places to stop.

Staff is very nice, place is very clean. manager is very nice, you can tell she cares about her customers. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Have eaten here several times. Last night was so bad I'm calling corporate.  Tried to complain but no one was anywhere near the counter.  Threw my food in the trash. I'm still not able to eat today. Nothing in my food tasted fresh.
