One of the nicest Wendy's I've seen in Pittsburgh so far. Clean, modern, nicely located and the staff is great and responsible. No complaints!

Tonite (6-30-17) was Only the 2nd time My Wife & I had eaten at this "WENDY'S" Restaurant on Rte 8. The Young Lady that waited on us was Sweet & Charming. She got Our order RIGHT & said that if we NEED anything else, JUST ASK. She had a SYSTEM to keep all of the ORDERS STRAIT & CORRECT, & When a LINE started to FORM, She KEPT UP & had ALL of the ORDERS RIGHT. The FOOD was VERY TASTY & HOT, As it SHOULD BE. The STAFF kept the DINING ROOM Clean & the FLOORS SWEPT. The Store Manager WASN'T Afraid to HELP his STAFF If & When they NEEDED IT too. This is a VERY WELL RUN "WENDY'S" Restaurant & The ENTIRE STAFF should be VERY PROUD of THEMSELVES.

Very good as far as windy as food goes. But they messed up my order so many times over 5 years.  I'd call and they'd always give a credit.  But food is still very good.

I usually don't go out and write reviews for restaurants and eating joints as I feel that being part of Service Industry, one must be courteous, respectful and polite. However, when you see exceptional service quality, you begin to wonder - may be I should let everyone know. Hence, this review.

The food was great and the service quality and willingness to do that extra thing for your customers we even greater. The staff at this Wendy's is as sweet as their strawberry shakes especially Katina Bruce. She took great care of all of us. I would really recommend this place to everyone. My family and my extended family really enjoyed our experience at this Wendy's and Katina made that experience, an amazing experience. Kudos to her and her team.
