I went there at one p.m. on my lunch break, there was one person in front of me that couldn't decide what to get and it was about 4 or 5 minutes before my order was taken. After I gave my order I got my drink(ice machine was broken but the cashier had already given me ice so I was good there) I realized the ketchup dispenser was empty so I asked an employee as she was exiting from behind the counter for some ketchup, she said ok and walked past me into the dining area so I had to ask another employee for the ketchup after wich that employee immediately gave me my ketchup packs and let me tell you I needed the ketchup for the old not crisp brown with grease french fries. The main entrance was broken, the men's room is all bad and I definitely wasn't satisfied with my meal, sorry just being honest...

Food is usually good and hot. Only had one bad experience today dealing with the drive thru. The lady was rushing and through my change on the ground. Then my food was not what I ordered.

Terrible service. I came in because a family member was having procedure done at the hospital, there was no line inside so I went in. They took my order and I waited, waited, waited. People got their order and left, after about 15 minutes I finally went up and they saw their error. They gave me my order, wrong burger. They may have been trying to do me a solid, but despite my size, I can't eat a triple. So I had to go back and get my single. After 10 more minutes they finally gave me my burger and the hospital to come pick up my mother. I didn't eat yet!!!

Best Wendys I've been in to I don't usually eat fast food but I had to try it
