This is where my husband gets his work boots. That always last and we had one issue with one pair. That exchanged no issues.

I would not recommend ordering from the store...I ordered a pair($125.00) because I needed a certain size and when the shoe came in they had ordered the wrong one so I asked them to reorder and as of today ( 2 years later) they have never called me back to say they had arrived...Very disorganized....

My husband bought a pair of boots at Werner Shoe Store in Cullman, AL. They were never worn because they were too tight. When he took them back (3 days later) he was told by the lady working the register that the owner did not allow them to issue credit. They have a sign that says no cash credit will be given. My husband explained that he had paid with his credit card and wanted the credit issued back to his credit card -- he was told that the owner would not allow them to do this. We will NEVER shop at Werner Shoe Store in Cullman again and will tell all of our friends and neighbors not to shop there either. The only option consumers have is to spread the word when they deal with a business that is disreputable. So if you are in Cullman, AL looking for a good shoe store -- don't stop at Werner Shoe Store & Shoe Shop!!!!
