Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church's mission is to restore people to wholeness through ministry, community outreach and fellowship. Worship with us!
The history of Wesley Chapel United Methodist church dates back to the early years of the Emancipation Proclamation, organized in 1867. Through 29 pastors, four church names and three locations Wesley has been an impactful presence in Henry County.
Rich history and legacy has been carried through to the present. The beautiful church building erected in 2002 includes the bell from the 1880s structure as well as the stained-glass windows from the 1920s structure. This exemplifies the church: honoring history and tradition while being a relevant, Christ-centered force in our present world. Our multiple ministries and programs are for our youth, our seniors and everyone in between!
Led today by Pastor William Bert Neal III, the Wesley Chapel family continues to flourish as we work together for The Lord to impact our local community, out into the world. "Restoring People to Wholeness!"
