Unfortunately these guys are just bad at their job, especially on nights and weekends when things often devolve into a total sh*tshow. Within one year they flat-out lost our car and/or locked the keys inside a couple of times. I discussed it with the manager and he was defiant - his claim was that these errors were acceptable and that I should just expect it to happen. That's such a dumb attitude - after all, how hard is it to park a car. So, we dumped them. On the day I was retrieving our car for the last time, they had locked the keys in the car of the people in front of me. Those folks actually let them take some crude tools from the office and break into it, so they could get where they were going.

DO NOT PARK HERE! The management here increases their fares for monthly parkers WITHOUT NOTICE and refuse to give refunds when asked about it because it is past the 15th of the month (why would I cancel my membership with you if I don't know I am being ripped off until I am billed on the 25th of the month?). On multiple occasions, one of their office workers promised me a refund, but no refund was ever processed to my account. The manager, Esteban, did not acknowledge this and was totally unprofessional in also refusing to refund me my money.

The guys who work in night they played with customers cars... they drove very fast in garage.. very bad people

One of the worst parking garage in New York, the guys who are working are not respectful or professional at all, they scratches the car at night and they said we don't pay for any scratches even there is a camera shows what they did.
