The receptionist is nice. That's the only nice thing that can be said about this place. The facility is run down and it looks dirty and depressing. Dr. Carty is rude and incompetent. She said she was writing me a prescription for 800 mg ibuprofen. I told her I don't need it because I have ibuprofen at home, and I can just take four 200 mg pills. She said that's not the same and 800 mg works better. I told her that doesn't make any sense and she argued with me about it. So I asked the pharmacist and he said that doesn't make any sense, 800 mgs is 800 mgs no matter how you take it. I called my doctor and asked about it, and my doctor said this dentist's information is completely wrong. This dentist doesn't know how medication works, so what else doesn't she know how to do? Her assistant was also rude. They don't say hello or anything, they just stare at you and issue orders. Someone should tell them it's customary to at least greet your patients when you meet. They have no social skills and no bedside manner. I was on time for my appointment and still waited 45 minutes to be treated because they are disorganized and incompetent.
