I recently had West Coast Piano Moving - move & store my piano along with a few furniture items. They did a fabulous job with handling the entire process professionally. The movers were on time and courteous - I also went to their storage facility and wow it is a beautiful building (clean & secure). I highly recommend West Coast Piano Moving and Storage to anyone that is thinking about moving their piano or any other furniture.

They made multiple scratches on piano. The price was high, and they said it is because they need three people to move the piano due to stairs. They send only two people and made multiple scratches. I don't recommend this company.

I used West Coast Moving a few years ago when I purchased my new piano and really appreciated the two men who delivered it. Naturally I wanted to use them again. A few weeks ago I hired them again to move my piano. Sadly this time it was a bad experience for both me and my piano which now has a chip on the side and bottom area, and there are scratches from the mover's jackets. For some reason this time they did not put blankets on it, they did not strap it to the dolly while moving it out of the house, and it appeared they moved and strapped it into the truck on its side. The manager agreed to send a technician out to fix the damaged they caused. This hasn't happened yet. The first tech. never contacted me. The second one has yet to stick to a scheduled time. I worry they really do not have any intention of fixing the damage. Because my piano was so poorly treated (man-handled) I did ask for a partial refund. Sadly this company does not want to take any responsibility or accountability for damaging my piano. The manager talked over me, interpreted me, and started most of his comments with, "I'm not saying you're lying, but...." It is sad and disheartening they do not want to make this right. It is sad and disheartening they feel it is okay to treat customer's like this. I do not recommend using West Coast Piano Moving

If you value your instrument, stay as far away from West Coast Piano Movers as possible! What should have been an easy move of less than a mile and with no stairs or turns involved turned into a nightmare. One of the three movers let go of my piano and it fell 5'3" into a neighbor's yard, flipped and hit her house. Parts flew out. Human error does happen. I get that, but my beautiful Yamaha will never be the same. The follow up with the office staff and the manager was a terrible experience. The piano was supposedly sent to a certified piano technician for evaluation and repairs. After countless phone calls, it was finally returned to me 43 days later, with no repairs made and still with now-dried mud all over it from the fall. All of the pedal rods were detached and one was missing (and never found). Then, to top it off, they still wanted to charge me for the move. These are not the kind of people you want to do business with. Beware!

Love this company. The manager, Jason, is so helpful and sends out the best employees for the situation. Will definitely move with them in the future.
