Had a great experience here getting my front end rebuilt and new shocks for my Bronco. The team here was direct, honest and presented my options clearly. Prices were not the cheapest I have seen, but that is a good sign... Quality work costs. The prices were perfectly reasonable given the quality of the work and products installed. Very pleased with the results, will definitely be returning here for new tires and a lift kit in the future.

Not sure what to feel. They said everything would be finished in a day. They lost power which isn't their fault, but never even notified me until the end of the day when I thought my car would be done. They offered to pay for a rental car for the second day. End of the 2nd day I come back and it's still not finished. Finally it's finished on the third day. They gave me the 'we noticed a vibration on the front right axle, do you want us to replace it' line. I had just replaced it in July so it made me wary. It's just how do you diagnose a vibration and how do you verify if something is even wrong if they don't show you?

It did seem like they were all running around super busy so it felt a little impersonal but that was just my impression for anyone else wanting an unbiased review.

I’ve been going to West Coast for years because they are the best! Their prices are very reasonable and the service is reliable and exceptional. 
I have a 12 year old Honda Civic which is still running like a new car thanks to Joe and Carlos and the rest of the staff.

I love this place, and won't go anywhere else. They treat you like family the moment you show up, and go out of their way to make things as affordable and as fast as possible. I can't sing their praises enough
