I wish I could give them NO STARS I had an appointment this morning at 8:45 which I woke up and had to travel 2 hours to make on time , and when I get there (25 minutes early) I get told that I called and canceled my appointment but I didn't even have their number, I scheduled my appt. Through an advice nurse and didn't have any contact with any one about it until I went there then I was told I couldn't be seen but I can rereschedule. That appointment was very important to me and it irritates me that this happened because now I'll have to go to a hospital and/or have to travel 2 hours AGAIN to be seen and who knows that appointment may be canceled as well.

I really liked West County but I've been waiting on the phone to make an appointment this morning for more than 15 mins. That's ridiculous when it's 7am and whoever is supposed to be there scheduling appointments is not.

witness a woman begging and pleading for 911 to be dialed they sat around calling her names no staff member took leadership they shrugged the whole thing off even thought she was crying in pain begging for someone to help.
