Came for jury duty, didn't even give parking permit for after the 4 hour free parking! Went to ask someone for help they were so rude! Didn't even bother helping, they see me lost and confused and guy security just sat there laughed! Had to leave a note on my car saying time I got here and how they did not give me a parking permit! Such a horrible place!

Officer Daniels is rude rude rude.  As a citizen of West Covina for 20  years I don't feel comfortable speaking with someone who's tone is so cold. If you hate your job so much then quit and let police officers with
 manners deal with citizens over the phone.

I received a parking violation and the online system can't find my ticket. It's been over 30 days since the ticket was processed and there's no hotline to call to make a payment over the phone. The West Covina Courthouse and Pomona Police (especially Officer Davis, badge number 42150) are trash, a bunch of bottom feeder scumbags sucking away our taxes and hard earned money. 

Thanks for wasting my time maggots!
