I went with my daughter and bought living room with accessories and paid more than $3000 plus delivery fee. They only delivered the sofa and chair without the other items. It evem a worse experience talking to their customer service because their system does not show my purchases because they have different order number for each item and not the usual client's purchases which means I have to tell them the order number of each item!!! They sent e-mail after a week telling me that the carpet I bought was "temporarily unavailbale". How can they sell an item which they do not have?!! At least the customer should have been informed before he or she purchase the product.

Super friendly staff that helped us with everything. They were very patient when my wife and I asked for stock checks on multiple items. There was a price discrepancy on one of the items and the manager immediately gave us the lower price without hesitation.

Professional and well trained sales people work here 😊 West Elm has the most unique furniture and products displayed and I love it!

A beautiful store but metered parking is not great so best to get here early when they first open.

Horrible (non-existent) service, and they charge you for shipping to the store (and for a higher price than shipping if you ordered yourself online). The Santa Monica store is far superior. Will never visit this location ever again.
