NOTE: When you see the negatives here...do not take it as 100%. Most of them are anonymous and those reviews I tend to see malignant motivations. Also, when people complain about their insurance not covering..it's the insurance company NOT the Dentist. Also. be aware that people's teeth and bone are at different tolerances and at different strenthts. Not everyone is going to have a replicated wonderful experience. You always risk that when sitting in a chair! NOW.....I was so thrilled I got a referral to this office! Dr. Klein was very knowledgeable of my OTHER health conditions and how they correlated with my teeth!!! He was a rock star in my point of view! He did that filling so fast! I didn't have time to break a sweat! Bring your headphones!!! I think I made it one and a half songs..it was done. The Chairs had a 2" thick memory foam padding!!! --- Excellent if you have Fibromyalgia..joint or muscle pain!! The cleaning was actually relaxing (no cavitron of course and I almost fell asleep) and very quick. I was in and out! The rooms are modern with instant xrays that appear within seconds of the image taken. Loved it! First time I did not sweat in a dental chair! The easiest dental experience I've ever had! I went on a recommendation from a friend. - Thank you!!!!!

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL HERE. They tell you over the phone they will accept your insurance, and once you are there and have the services performed, they will send you a bill because your insurance provider is "out of network". It is a law that the medical service provider has to tell the patient when they check in whether they are in-network or out of network. The dental work also was sub-par at best. They hurried me in and out of the dental chair, and the lady who cleaned my teeth barely spoke any english. Then I had a 'cavity' which needed a filling. Just 6 months previous to this, at my old dentist, he did not mention anything regarding any cavities. This dental firm is notorious for over-billing and performing services they know the patients don't need. Just do a google search yourself, and ignore all the fake reviews on yelp. Dentists are a dime a dozen in NYC, move onto the next one in your search. Good luck.

Jeff Sacks and his team are the best. I've been going to him for over 20 years and I can't imagine ever going to anyone else. Even their dental hygienists are sensitive and well-trained.

Always pleasant. Helen is an excellent hygienist, never hurts and is very efficient. Have been seeing Dr. Esh and his colleagues for years. Dr. Esh never pushes unnecessary procedures, is always thoughtful and supportive. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. gh

I was unhappy with my fillings done here (by Klein). I went back and they defended their work. Went to another dentist who rightfully saw that the filling was tearing my tongue up b/c of sharp edges (a ditch in the top of my molar,which Klein suggested I wait out until the high part wore down...) He fixed it and did my other fillings at much higher quality than West End. I do not recommend them based on their lack of quality, and lack of professionalism in recognizing sub-par work. it remains questionable whether the hygenist cause my incisor some damage....i agree w/ another review: run, don't walk.
