I went to this establishment for a bridal party. The only patrons in this place were at the bar. The service was horrible. We had to constantly ask for napkins, drinks, silverware, and our food. The waitress came to check on us twice in 3 hours. When i called to complain the manager acted very nonchalant about the situation. She said someone should have mentioned it to her when we were there. My thoughts are, if you were a good manager you would have checked on the patrons while they are there. Hence poor establishment. Employees name was Alyia and managers name was Addie.

Have to drop this one down a bit. As of the last 6 months or so, if you're not sitting at the bar it takes forever to get a drink. Not the servers' faults, just perhaps understaffed? 10 minutes to get your first drink isn't appealing. Also a kitchen closes in "x amount of time" would be nice when handed a menu, but you didn't see anyone for 10 minutes to order. A bit of a decline since I first came here.

Worse service EVER. I came with a large party, understable patience was needed, but this was over kill.  No one received appetizers , watiress was clearly overwhelmed my, management made no effort to assistance.  Several times we asked for a manger and each occasion we were very disappointed.  I have been to this establishment on more then one occasion and have never been this dissatisfied with service.

Great place to play pool and shoot darts, plus they serve a full menu until 2 am!
