My family decided that going to Toyota to trade in our cars that had upside down along with our bad credit was a choice we were ready to risk. 
Working with finance, Julian, and our salesman, Eduardo, was a great experience.  West Toyota has a very specific plan for every individual and there are always options for anyone who has all types of financial backgrounds. The insurance person was also able to find us a great deal for our policy that was better then the one we owned. 

We are truly grateful for their help, but definitely for the cars. With money down, we bought 2018 RAV4 and corolla. Gas mileage is incredible, but so are the incentives. The team walks through every possibility. It is very important to do your homework first.  A car these days are like buying a home, but equity is not as strong. Yet, my husband and myself find that we were practically in our cars with more hours then Home as we have kids: dance, music, Autism therapies.  

We are also thrilled the Alex and David, who were our phone mediators that help to set up the purchases. 
I’ve been buying cars for many years, and Julian is honest, upfront and realistic. While practicality is always a great way to buy a car, so is comfort. Our cars remind us that our money is being spent in the right direction.

I am happy to say that Julian Beltran (finance) helped me greatly with my decision and options that I had in purchasing my highlander. He took the time to explain the coverage for my vehicle and extended warranty. My salesman Giovanni Rivera took time on showing me the new features in my 2017 highlander, he even took time for step by step direction on tethering my bluetooth to phone connection, He also fueled my Highlander and got me the premium rubber mats. thank you so much.

Everyone dreads to go car shopping. But the experience we had this past weekend was awesome.  No sharks here. Everyone was very friendly with a rather laid back attitude that's been missing from this industry. Highly recommend checking them out.

I Took my Corola for a review, while I waited I step by and ask a question. I end up driving a new RV4. I faced a great service. an amazing customer service and sales skills. I would highly recommend Remy, the salesman, 25 years of experience, all of my questions answer in a gentle manner. And Gilberto, a man of number you won't regret to make business with. I had an outstanding customer service every corner I went.
