I read some of the reviews made here, and I am astonished by the bad reviews. My experience was superb I don’t know about other sale representatives, but my experience with Alfredo Cimetta was excellent. I strongly recommend this guy. Also, the Venezuelan lady at the front desk is very welcoming and diligent. Talking about the warranty I had a problem and they fix it quick an easy. No hassle at all.

I had a great experience, although it was a stressful situation just having to be there, Julies helpfulness and knowledge put me at ease. And the work was done on time and very well. Everyone I encountered was wonderful.

The worst place to take your car to get it fixed. They lie to you. They take three times the time that they tell u to have your car ready. They say they give you lifetime warranty on their work.  They did an awful job when they fixed my car after someone recked my right door in the passenger side. The door has a horrible rattle sound and they haven't fixed my brand new 2014 Toyota Sienna.  Don't take your car there. They say they work with the Toyota but their work is garbage.

Ms. Dubraska Faria and her team are an outstanding group because together, they listen to each other but most importantly, they listen to the client. The work was done professionally. I highly recommend this place for your car.  I have in the past fixed my car here and will continue to bring my car if, it deems necessary.  Thank you again to Ms. Faria, staff members, and let's not forget the extremely nice receptionist for assisting me amicably. Thanks you guys!

Good work but total lack of communication with customer. They took 1 month to fix minor damage to the front bumper of my car. It was just cosmetic damage.  If I would have been paying for the rental out of pocket, I would have been very upset.
