I came in to report identity theft and theft on a Sunday. There was only me and one other person there. We were both trying to report a crime and the police officers could not give us one second of attention because they they were glued to the TV watching sports. The woman next to me was reporting a serious crime and the officer she was speaking with had his eyes glued to the TV not paying any attention to her. The TV was so loud I could not hear myself think. I tried to tell the officer what had happened but I had to tell him the noise from the TV was distracting and I didn't feel like he was paying attention to me. He asked me to follow him. I thought he was going to take me into a quiet room so that he could hear my story. No, he took me out to the street! I was chocked! I asked him, "are you going to take my statement for the report on the street so that your fellow officers can keep watching the game?". He looked embarrassed and we went in again. Finally he asked his boss to turn the TV down. I was then asked to send in additional information via email to the detective that was to handle my case. I never heard back despite several follow up emails. After several weeks I went into the station and find out, no one was handed my case. Because I stayed there and didn't give up I was finally introduced to an officer that was going to take on my case. He gave me his email address and phone number. I have since tried to email and call him numerous times but not heard a word back. It's a disgrace!

Calling an emergency number and being placed on hold for over 15 minutes makes absolutely no sense.  It appears this police department does not provide emergency service.  Officer Sanchez is also a rude, childish, immature baby who rides a motorcycle.  He needs to be placed in the unemployment line.

They don’t answer the phone, I’ve called twice over 40 rings each time. I gave up and never ended up filing my report.
