We are a small animal hospital serving mostly dogs and cats in the Taylorsville, Kearns and West Valley City, Utah area. We provide a variety of veterinary services including vaccinations, spays & neuters, in-house diagnostis, dentals, general soft tissue & orthopedic surgeries and PennHIP evaluations. We are own and operated by Dr. David L. Benson who graduated from Colorado State University with his DVM degree and has been practicing veterinary medicine ever since. This was my first visit to West Lake Animal Hospital and I was very impressed.  Dr. Benson and his staff are wonderful!  They took great care of my Cat.  They were so friendly, compassionate and they genuinely cared for my cat and his well being.  Thank you West Lake Animal Hospital.   You are awesome!

These guys are amazing. Friendly staff and great prices. They took care of my Junior and was in and out for his 11 weeks checkup.

This is by far the best small animal clinic! Everyone is so great and always very helpful and Dr. Benson is the most caring and amazing Vet. They are a low cost with exceptional service. I can't say enough great things about this place.

You can tell immediately Dr David Benson genuinely cares about your pet. I have been to a few vets within the valley and have never received the care and understanding that my pet and I received from Dr. Benson and his staff. Most vets these days seem more in it for the money, but that is not the case at West lake animal hospital. I wish more vet's were like Dr. Benson. I highly recommend bringing your pets here.

I’ve never found such an ethical caring and attentive vetinary clinic in my life Dr Benson is honest kind and the staff is wonderful we drive 45 minutes to see him and I’m grateful to have found such a wonderful vet.
