We brought our bearded dragon in today. They were very busy and the schedule was full, but we were told if we could bring her in and drop her off they'd try and work her in. The ladies were so sweet and let us know exactly what to expect. Well, they did work her in. I got a call from Dr Lutz a few hours later and he had assessed her and called to talk about what he found out and what to do. I could tell by our conversation how much he cares, the time he took during our call and he made sure we know exactly what to do to keep her healthy and take care of her and meet her future needs. He's very personable and never once did I feel he rushed our conversation, even though I knew he had a very busy day. This place is about 40 minutes away from us. We did a lot of homework trying to find a vet that truly had experience with bearded dragons. So glad we did and we will definitely make the trip anytime we need to see the vet again. Thank you so much!!

The BEST!!!! Been a client for 17 years and we've been through the best of times and the worst of times. Dr. Lutz, Renee & Lori have always rendered the absolute best treatment for my pet family - and the best emotional support for me. Other than an emergency, I would never consider going anywhere else!!

Dr. Lutz cares about the animals he sees AND he handles exotic pets. He cares about my babies, even though they're guinea pigs and many people consider them lesser pets. He understands the realities of being a pet parent and does everything in his power to meet the needs of both the humans and animals involved. I HIGHLY recommend him.

dr lutz is the super vet,he takes the time to explain everything in detail in words you can actually understand and he's very thorough HIGHLY RECOMMEND him ........
