Front desk and scheduler/check out were so rude. Check out told me I had a VERY HIGH deductible. I explained my deductible is $200 and was met. She refused to discuss. I paid $50 and left. Called and canceled my surgery. Today they told me they owe me money. Had my surgery at Muskegon Surgical. They knew my exact coverage; $20 copay.

Excellent care and very knowledgeable about issues and the meds to help relieve the problems ....nothing negative to say about anyone in the office. Surprised by any negative reviews posted here.

I've been taking my daughter to Dr. Bowen for over 3 years now, every 6 months.  He put her tubes in,  and removed her tonsils and adenoids. I've never had any problems with him or his staff being rude, and have recommended him to friends!

I've been to West Michigan ENT a few times the past two years, and every experience has been great. I've had multiple nurses, Dr. Bowen, and the PA, and they have all been thorough, caring, and friendly. I'm surprised by the two negative reviews. I would recommend Dr. Bowen to anyone who needs ENT services.
