I had such a wonderful experience coming here! We recently moved to Holland from Illinois and the same week we moved here I needed one wisdom tooth out! I did not want general anesthesia, had no dental insurance, and I was terrified. The staff here makes you feel like a family member and are warm and caring. Dr. Baxter is a highly experienced, professional, straight forward surgeon and I highly recommend him. He worked with me and agreed to do local. I felt no pain and he completed the whole thing in less than 15 minutes. He also explained every step of the procedure and checked in with me constantly. Healing time was a few days with no complications whatsoever! Price was amazing too. Very satisfied and happy customer!

I had Dr. Baxter who was rude and short with me. He kept interrupting me and being super condescending. When the surgery finally start I could feel the air blowing on my tooth that he was about to wrench on so I raised my left hand to tell him. Before he could hear what I was about to say he became extremely aggressive with me and almost yelled at me asking things like "so am I going to be able to do this or not?!" And "maybe we should just leave it in there and reschedule when I can knock you out!" I'll never go back there again. That was the worse dentist experience I've ever had. The nurses were all super sweet but I left ther feeling like I was taken advantage of and abused.

Was able to quickly do an extraction on a broken tooth fairly painlessly.  Very friendly and courteous.

Had my wisdom tooth removed dr. Baxter was great as was his assistant.
