My whole family loves them. The office staff has never been anything but nice and helpful. My hygienist is awesome. Dr Owens is super patient and has excellent communication skills. I've had their newest Dr,  Dr. Neil twice and he has been awesome too. I hate going to the dentist, this staff makes for a much more pleasant experience. We appreciate them so much!

These people are crooks. Very dirty office. Been sued multiple times. Employee turnover is scary to say the least. Jason lezell owns this place so him giving it a review is very scary. I scared his lawyer so much she got rid of him as a client. Notice all the dentists who work for him quit and end up suing him. He feels he can scam his way through life. Attorney general has been after him many times and will get him soon. These crooks belong in prison.

Been with them for many years now, had nothing but good experience. Now I bring my kids to Charlotte location and they love it.

If you have medicaid prepare to be treated differently.  It was great at first the staff was great they even occupied my daughter while I got xrays.  Then we had to reschedule an appointment.  With exactly 25 hours notice I called to cancel.  They made it sound like I offended them.  All I wanted to do was reschedule for two weeks out and they said they wouldn't do it.  They were unable to hold time for us again but would call us when they have an opening.  That's what I want to be on call for my dentist.  I am sure it has to do with medicaid patients and the amount of time the give to them.  I just told them we would go elsewhere and hung up. So avoid the Potterville location.
