Our pipe burst, as have many others in the neighborhood. Last Wednesday, I called West New York Plumbing & Heating, and the following morning a repairman was at my house. What a fantastic guy Thomas turned out to be! In fewer than thirty minutes, he located the problem and fixed it. That same day, he worked on four other homes on my block. I felt confident in work done after he had professionally answered all my questions. They are fantastic, and I can't say enough good things about them.
When we needed help, we got it quickly and expertly, and we couldn't have been happier. After a pipe burst outside, we were left without running water. The next day, on icy roads, they arrived to fix the pipe so we could have water again. Thomas, the technician who came to my house, was prompt, polite, and well-informed. If the need arises, we will most certainly hire them again.
Charming people! Thomas came out on a freezing night during the recent widespread blackout to fix a leaky water pipe. Even though they were already quite busy, they squeezed my wife and me between appointments. As an employer, West New York Plumbing & Heating look out for its workers and their families. My old plumber has retired, and I've replaced him!!
Thomas acted in a way that reflected well on the company he represented. He was patient as I asked questions and provided details that helped us settle on a course of action. Currently, I'm waiting on a replacement kitchen sink fixture to arrive. Preston came back after it had arrived and put it in. In short, he succeeded admirably.
In fewer than six months, West New York Plumbing & Heating has saved the day for the second time. Thomas, the technician, and his colleagues were all very competent, kind, and efficient in their work with us!!
A professional and thorough representative arrived on time. Now that West New York Plumbing & Heating has fixed all the leaks plaguing us for the past few weeks, the rough weather we endured seems like a distant memory. We never imagined we would be so relieved to have our water service restored, but West New York Plumbing & Heating found a way to make it happen.

The technician arrived the day we called. Fast problem resolution. Incredibly kind people! The office receptionist deserves a round of applause. Wow, that was some seriously excellent assistance!
