We rarely get to shop at any malls due to the fact that we're on the road 90% of the time and most places don't allow trucks to park in their lots. But today we got to shop because this mall allowed us to park our truck in their lot. More businesses should be as open minded about truckers as this one is. Sometimes truckers need to buy things from a mall just like anyone else. We'll definitely be back to shop here the next time we come thru here.

This is a good place to shop as and has some really good restaurants for a bite to eat while you are shopping some of the stores have really good sales. There are some pretty neat things for kids to do makes this place really good. For family and friends to hang out and spend the day.

There aren't many places there anymore. I'm not sure what happened. I enjoyed my time there. The staff were very friendly and very precise. I hope the mall gets bigger again soon. :)

I absolutely love West Park Mall. Me and my friends go here all the time. Great clothing and products in the stores. ❤️❤️

This mall is the definition of "mediocre." Malls are a dying breed and this one is definitely falling from grace. There are many empty storefronts and with the exception of very peak hours on the weekend, the place feels like a ghost town.

Seems the vendors in the aisles don't even have much enthusiasm anymore. They're almost always just looking at their phones ignoring their surroundings. Certainly sets the tone for the mall as a whole. 

I used to enjoy going to the mall whenever I was in Cape and would even make trips to Cape for that purpose alone. Now, it's just not worth it.

Barnes and Noble is nice, though. I'll go in there and enjoy the music and read a bit of something in a comfy chair to kill time between my college classes on occasion.
