Management is more concerned with petty issues than making sure tenants are safe. They let anybody and everybody move in. Its very unsafe and no surveillance. Lots of gangsters and felons but mgmt does not do anything about it. On the day I moved out two meth heads in my apt building had cops surrounding the building due to stealing a car from the parking lot. The management is focused on money and not safety. I'm a single mother that needed the financial assistance but it was worth it to move to a safer quieter environment without gangsters blaring their music attacking neighbors and waking up my kids. It was well worth the money to make sure my kids and I stay SAFE.

Bad place to live, don't think about renting here. Very poor management, doesn't like to handle much of anything! Why call yourself management when you have no responsibility just charge $ and collect $. Like gangsters and noisy tenants in buildings as long as they don't have to live there. You can complain and complain, they want you to call the police and the police want you to call management, what a game this is, right? Neither one want to do the right thing, assist the tenant! No camera at the apartment buildings to protect the tentants. Kids and adults are very unsafe here! KL

Love living here, there are of course a few bad apples, but hey aren't there always. It's always clean and if it's not they fix it when you bring it up. Our apartment is wonderful and when we call maintenance is here to fix it in a few days.

West Park has been my favorite place to live! Prices are low, the people are amazing, management is incredible, and the maintenance guys are great with fixing everything. First off, there is plenty of parking, so much that there is always extra at night. The property is always clean and the apartments are very nice for what you pay. I love it here! Definitely my favorite place I've lived :)

Avoid this place at all costs. I could write a book about all the things wrong with this place and the joke that management is. From reviews I just read, from seeing my own apartment, and talking to neighbors there is a bad mold problem here, I've heard rumors about black mold and I'd believe it. If you do decide to move here watch your every move check every rent statement because they will make false accusations and not hold back at a chance to hit you hard with fees and fines. Don't read into the fake reviews that their management has posted I'd avoid this place in greeley at all costs. 4 months til my lease is up, counting down the seconds..
