I was trying to call an officer regarding a statement on an accident report.  I noted I was quoted quite wrongly and a witness was not included, and after a couple of attempts to reach him I've been given the ol' "brush off."   I naturally have a bias in this matter, so my opinions will be necessarily tainted, a matter of disagreement always engenders negative vibes.  However, I am rating the fact that my efforts yesterday were first met with "call him tomorrow," followed today by a repeat "call him tomorrow."  Unquestionably,  I am somewhat frustrated.  The rating is a two star, not a one start, because I did experience common courtesies over the phone (always a plus with a public entity).

Give officer 571, Harger I believe, a big pat on the back. One of the most respectable cops I have seen yet on YouTube. I complain about the bad ones I see and feel its only appropriate to commend the good ones as well. Thanks Officer Harger for your dedicated service to the people of the town you serve.
