She has been so helpful in securing auto insurance for myself and my family.  She really went above and beyond to get the best price for me along with great coverage.  She is always prompt when returning phone calls. It is always a pleasure doing business with him.

We were given excellent customer service in putting together a very complicated and difficult policy.  The staff was very patient, professional and thorough.  Without the help of our agent we would never could have gotten the policy placed in a timely and proficient manner.  I would recommend supporting this office, as we will, for many years to come.

Hello my name is Feniger and I called to quote some insurance for my vehicle. I went to West Texas Insurance Agency They were very very helpful and have me several good quotes and was very politely and nice. Their staff was very kind, friendly and dedicated in helping me choose some insurance. Because of their niceness I did purchase the insurance!!
