My dental experience here at west valley dental has been amazing so far. Both the staff and the doctor (Dr. Le) are so kind and friendly. Personally I have a fear of shots so when I heard I had to get a shot to numb my gums for a filling, I absolutely FREAKED out. Dr. Le and her team were so quick to comfort me with kind words. In the end, I didn’t feel anything! Overall I think West Valley Dental has given me the best dental experience and I highly doubt that I will stop seeing Dr. Le and her team anytime soon.

I have been Dr. Le's patient for the past few years and I am about to see her again in October for my 6 months check up. She is super friendly and courteous, and always discusses the pros and cons and the cost associated with each procedure. Overall a pleasant experience, from cleaning to teeth extraction. My family members are Dr. Le's patients as well.

I've went to them a few times and I LOVE THE DENTIST herself but this new receptionist that they have is real rude and does not listen to anything you have to say. she cuts you off constantly. Her name is alexandria, the dentist needs to have a real serious talk to her.. I am so livid right now because this is the first dentist that i actually like but I can not get ahold of the dentist to explain this to her. hmm wonder why. maybe because this receptionist wont forward my messages either way to all my family and friends i will not recommend this place to.
