I believe I needed 2 root canals. We came up with an agreement for an affordable monthly payment. I was so happy to start the work and looked forward to putting it all behind me. It was a 2 or 3 day process. I was sent home on pain medication to get me through until the next appointment. Only to show up and be told at the front desk that they wouldn't be able to finish my work unless I signed a new contract for a higher monthly payment agreement and now, a down payment. Their reason was because the person who made my contract didn't know what they were doing. I was high on meds, in pain, anxious and felt pressured into signing a contract. If not, be sent home unfinished and in pain. I signed the contract only for them to not finish my root canals because I wasn't able to.come up with the down payment.. It was very very unfair that the contract was changed after the work was started which left me no choice but to sign. I got stuck in a contract that I signed while high on pain meds and never got the work done. I NEVER went back.

If I could give a no star I would!! This place is a joke plus some! I’ve never dealt with such unpleasant and unprofessional people in my life!! The ortho doctor is okay and nice but the scheduling they do for the poor man is more than ridiculous! I have my braces through them and haven’t been seen since December it’s now MAY! Nor can they give me an appointment that works with my schedule nor is an appointment available for ortho for a month out!! Trying to switch to a different location and can’t even do that bc this location has to take my braces off to begin with!! I’m About to just pay over 700 to have these taken off by a different ortho all together and be done with it!!!! I am definitely about to file something because the whole thing is definitely wrong!!!!

The staff and the dentist are very kind and made my visit very comfortable. I am glad that I was referred here.... very impressed

My experience with western dental was good. One of the best thing about it was one of the workers their her name is Stephanie she's been helping me since the begging of my treatment. I'm so thankful that she works here and anyone that gets to know her will be great full because she is honestly such a good worker and a good person and she has such a nice attitude with everyone and she is never in a bad mood.❤️❤️

Pretty good, short wait but went late in the day. No issues but I only got x-rays, deep cleaning and polishing so not much to complane about.  Only saw the actual dentist for about 3 minutes. The rest of the visit was with the oral hygentist. She was good.
