Glenn just finished installing a Valor gas fireplace for me and I can not say enough positive things about him.  This guy is a true professional.  He is a perfectionist, he goes out of his way to stay on schedule, and he cares deeply about his work.  He is a talented craftsman on top of it all.  In these times when most service providers are late, don't keep their word, inflate their prices and just don't care enough; Glenn has been a real breath of fresh air.  I rarely review anything or anyone, so to motivate me to spend the time to do this, says a lot.
