We had two ductless ac/heating units installed for our business a few years back.  Because we are a kennel the units need frequent maintence (hair/litter dust).  We know this because the fan will stop spitting out nice cool AC in the middle of a hot summer!  Wilcox has serviced the units for the past 2 years.  They schedule fast service (not weeks of waiting) & they do an excellent job, neat, clean & speedy.  Justin was the service tech that came this year & he was friendly & polite.  Highly recommend!

Had Wilcox out today to clean and get my furnace ready for the winter. Terrific technician, Justin. He pointed out a couple problem areas...explained what had to be done. Said I had a couple months to consider one of them.  Talking with Justin I learned he was an Iraq veteran.. bravo to Wilcox for hiring a vet. Nice young who is well on the road to  being a huge success.

Wonderful thorough service.  Justin was very friendly and talked through the whole process of cleaning.  Great job!!  A company thats always there when needed.

We had our furnace cleaned for the winter recently. The technician Chad was great.  He was very friendly, and informative, did a great job. Highly recommended
