The best experience I have had here at Dinuba Western Dental is being helped with tremendous patience and I might add with a beautiful smile🤗 with problems I had with my bill that I owe here. Daisy has been so very helpful and has allowed me to talk to her whenever I needed help. I command her in her Aaawsome way of putting the patient first & foremost. She made me feel comfortable and very home with her welcoming personality. She made me feel more like a friend than a patient. You guys are blessed to have her as the office Manager perfect person for the job and to be leading the team. Thank you kindly🤙Mrs. Erlinda C. Quintero

Horrible place! My son had an appointment at 4pm which was called and confirmed a day before even through text message i get there before 330pm and try to check him in the lady was rude about it i ask if he will be seen she said yes so i sat down after i see people get there after me and leave before me i get up and ask (note it was already 420pm) again if he will be seen she says yes! I sit down again around 440 my son gets ancy and wants to leave but i tell him to wait he will be next.. long story short that lady told me can you come here i will need to reschedule im looking at the time 5pm i sat down for nearly 2 hours just to get rescheduled.. im sorry but if i didnt have to give one star i wouldnt! I do not recommend this facility!

Horrible!! My mom went and she had an appointment. She waiting two hours just so they could tell her that the Dr wasn't going to see her. Service is horrible and expect to wait a long time to not get seen.

Terrible office. Don't waste your time! My son had an appt @ 4pm. After an hour of waiting, I went to the front desk and the woman said there were 2 more patients ahead of him and it would still be another 30-45 minute wait! The woman was incredibly rude about it also. I promptly canceled that appt. and canceled my other sons appt. next month, then walked out. Dinuba WD, you just lost $4000+ cash, that we had planned for my sons braces!
