I am on my second kid to get braces and dental care at this office and they are so helpful, so fast, and the results have been great. The ladies in the office, dental side and ortho side, are so helpful and really went out of their way to help us with our insurance situation. I have always been very happy with the doctors as well. I highly recommend this office.

Highly recommended going somewhere, else. Staff is highly incompetent and obitual liars.

Went to the orthodontist to see about getting braces once again and instead of helping me they were sending me elsewhere farther than expected. I had my braces put on there when i was 16 so i wanted to go back to where i know and get them re put back on.

I went to 1150 Anaheim st in long beach, ca. My son had appointment at 5:00pm but was called after 6:00 pm and was not given any paperwork until called.  They wanted to do nutrious oxide gas on him, I refused because he already been to a dentist numerous of times with out the gas. And he only had a couple tiny cavities in his adult teeth. So the Asian Doctor name David was very rude and he refused to see my son, he was yelling at me, I just could not believe it!  The room where they were gonna put him in was dirty! It was dirty rags looks like been re-used from previous patients , and they try to down play it. They had to reschedule the appointment to see a general dentist. I will be switching from them, never going there again.
