It's difficult to describe this office. I liked Dr. Papadopoulis. I haven't seen him in years. I had a cleaning 18 months ago, and left with the anticipation of seeing him again shortly and to pursue a night guard. I never returned...why? They never called me again. I know I'm in their book. They never asked me for more money from me. I had major surgery, root canals, and porcelin crowns...DIFFICULT to deal with the coverage issue with my insurance. Why? Their staff just left it up to me, and MADE it my problem with no support from them. I initiated a federal Personal Health care account, and when I tried to extract the money from it to pay him...it was a difficult process. Why? Their staff (again) evidently considered it my problem. It a few months but I persevered and got both the money from my account and got the insurance to cover the crowns...both with their staff standing idly by, and not helping AT ALL. It's been years..don't know what their problem is, but since he doesn't want my money I will go elsewhere. I now have other serious health concerns that have kept me severely occupied, so it would have been nice to have his staff HELP me and call me for an appointment. I slowly realized how long it's been. I'll be looking for an appointment tomorrow. I need one now, and it's more than not that they are at fault. Do NOT GO HERE! They evidently don't care.

It's difficult to describe this office. I liked Dr. Papadopoulis. I haven't seen him in years.
