After visiting and falling in love with the Palouse, Alex and Heather decided they wanted to somehow serve this community. With a background in the dry cleaning business, they filled the gap that Green's Cleaners had left. We now work hard to get your items clean while keeping the Palouse beautiful. With an Italian-imported machine and a non-toxic, biodegradable solvent (Solvon K4) we're able to avoid the hassles of traditional dry cleaners. Dropped off my favorite Woolrich vest late on a Thursday afternoon. Cotton and nylon outside shell and wool liner. Had some grease stains on the outside shell. The vest is 20+ years old and is made of a tricky combination of fabric. Picked it up on Wednesday and was completely happy with the cleaning. All the stains were gone. Staff was helpful and attentive. Will definitely use them again.

The dry cleaning work itself was great, but lackluster communication and extremely poor customer service is unacceptable. I dropped off my gown on Thursday (12/7/17) for graduation on Saturday (12/9/17) and paid for express service for completion the following day by 4:00pm. I left my cellphone number and stated I needed the gown no later than Friday. I asked "how LATE will you be open tomorrow?" and the clerk stated "8:00". I replied, "perfect, I'll be there BEFORE then". Perhaps it was the background noise that caused the miscommunication, the store opened at 8:00am closed at 6:00pm with my gown locked in. Arriving just after close, I called multiple times to see if it would be possible to recover my gown and, and sent an email requesting a response to the problem. 

To date, I have not heard back from Western Laundry and no further action was taken beyond "I'm very sorry about that". 

Thankfully, I was able to rent a second regalia set at additional cost. Western Laundry does not appear to value their customer and upon further investigation I found that I am not the only customer who has experienced frustration. I would encourage you to read the reviews on Yelp and research other options before conducting business with Western Laundry.

I took my husband’s suit to get dry cleaned and it came back sparkling clean! They had it ready in a very timely matter and for a very decent price. I definitely recommend using them for all your dry cleaning needs.

Great work - very thorough and excellent dry cleaning services, and in addition they are such professional and caring people and reasonably priced! Thank you very much! I forgot my dry cleaning and went to another state for a month - they sent me my clean clothes to a different state (also packed so neatly that there was not a wrinkle, even though the clothes was in the package!). On another occasion they noticed that my article needed special spot cleaning and they called to ask if it is ok they have a few more days to specially clean this particular spot, how thoughtful really (Not any other dry cleaners ever did that in my experience and I lived in 4 different states and big cities). Of course, this piece of clothing was immaculate. Just wonderful experience all around every time! Also, they are so reasonably priced! My friends from other states brought their dry cleaning when coming over to stay with me so they can take it to the Western Laundry (too funny). Thank you very much - it is such a pleasure to have you, guys, in town. Who would have thought that in a small town as Moscow, the cleaners would be world class!
