I have to say it has been nothing but a pleasure to work with this phenomenal company. First off in today’s world of second rate service and companies only out to make a buck, Dry Cleaning Butler is a refreshing change. They provide outstanding customer service and never hesitate to go above and beyond. From the time you make that first phone call to Dry Cleaning Butler, to time that your beautifully cleaned and pressed clothing is delivered safe and sound back to your home or business you will be nothing but, please. They value your time and are prompt with pick-up and delivery. Also they so respectful of your property everything that I left in there care came back looking fresh, clean and crisp! I am not one to recommend anything just because. Dry Cleaning Butler has more than earned this recommendation with their high quality service, wonderful owners and superior staff. Last but not least the value is tremendous, not only is the pricing reasonable,(no extra charge for pick up and delivery)  the time saved running to the cleaners myself is  priceless.

Always on Time!  Dry Cleaning Butler's van drives by each and every week (even when I don't have a bag out) at about the same time - very reliable.  Likewise, their 'no charge for special pick ups' comes in handy when I've got to head out of town and need them to come early.  I appreciate the 24 hour turn around time and the fact that I don't have to drive to a dry cleaner.  Also, I thoroughly enjoy Shaun's reminder messages each week. Thanks Shaun!

Shaun and Dry Cleaning Butler are outstanding!  My order is always handled promptly and with great customer service to boot.  I use to go to the "cheap" drycleaners in my town and was sure that having a service that came to my home to pickup my order would be much more.  Not true...... they are similar in cost but not in customer care.  The driver who picks up my clothes is friendly and professional, everytime I call I speak to a smiling voice on the other end of the phone.  They appreciate my business and it shows from the hand written note that I received as a new customer to the referral gift when I sent my friend.  They even helped me with a rush cleaning order on a Santa Suit.  If you want top notch service these are the folks to call.

Very convenient!  The owners and employees are friendly and prices very comparable to the drop-off dry cleaning places around town. They pick up and deliver so this saves me a lot of time! Will definitely use again.
